Whether your merchandise has been damaged in transit, a design flaw was produced, we are committed to providing solutions and making it right for you.

Damaged or defective returns?

It’s our priority to make sure you receive your merchandise without any flaws.

This is why we proudly offer our 100% print guarantee!

You must contact TGC within three (3) days of receipt of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect.

TGC FASHION will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a new product sent to you at no additional cost. TGC FASHION will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request for a new product along with an explanation of its decision.

Must not have any signs of wear or damage
If a return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse and discard the items without providing a refund.

TGC FASHION will not honor defect requests which are attributed to your customers size concerns.

We strongly encourage all customers to review our sizing charts before orders are placed to ensure our sizing meets your product requirements for you.
