How Does Your Process Work?

We like to keep it simple

  • 1 Meeting with hiring management team.
  • Share your details with us on company atmosphere, what your ideal candidates looks like, job description, career path, wages, benefits, time for delivery, and other pertinent information.
  • Pay 1 time flat up front fee to begin the search.

Now the talent search begins

  • We create attractive job postings sharing them to our networks.
  • We outreach on your organization's behalf to ideal candidates.
  • We perform networking marketing campaigns attracting candidates.
  • We interview and vet the best candidates and provide resumes and biographies of top talent (only).

Onboarding new candidates

  • We coordinate, prepare candidates, and schedule their interviews with your hiring managers.
  • If you choose to hire our candidates, we can arrange the next step and start date for you.
  • Next payment is due NET 15 from the start date.
  • We will warrant the candidate for up to 1 year guaranteeing retention to receive our final payment.

Do you warrant your candidates?

  • Yes, for 60 days to 1 year. If the candidate does not last their term we will find a replacement for the remainder of the term.

Will you create job postings for us?

Sure thing, not a problem. We are business people and understand all aspects of business. Want us to build your entire system and process?

Can you recruit for us even though we are not in Energy or IT?

Yes, we have recruited in many sectors over the years and have placed many top tier candidates from field workers to executive management positions.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Will you share our information with all the candidates?

No, we will only share your information with candidates that you deem necessary to schedule an interview with. When we schedule their interview with you we fill them in on your exact company information, location, and hiring managers.

Can you search for specific skills, certifications, and other specifics?

Yes, we have checked many of boxes in the candidate delivery process and understand that you have requirements for the position. We have been there ourselves and make sure to meet your specific criteria.

How are your prices determined?

  • Everyone pays the (1 time) initial down payment to secure our services.
  • This direct hire fee covers all future searches.
  • Each candidate hired is a flat fee based on their annual salary due NET 15 from their start date.
